Hey Everyone, we’ve had quite the interesting day which has pointed out that we’re not the small server we once were.
As you will all now know, we received a series of racist, sexist and misogynistic messages this morning from 2 discord members. Unfortunately, everyone in the mod team was asleep at the time and we werent able to remove it for about an hour.
So what are we doing about this?
Well, we are excited to announce we are onboarding Justiffule to the Mod Team to cover the US-Time to keep a watching eye over the server whilst we sleep.
Dutch has also been VERY busy with re-vamping PLH with a new Vote-To-Timeout feature where in the case that none of the mods are available, members can vote to set a timeout on a member of the server. Misusing this new feature will result in a warning from the team so please take the time to re-read the #rules channel for more info on this in the coming days.
We have banned the offenders and those with connections to the offenders to protect the members of our server. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy with what had been posted today and will not accept anything of this nature as the members of our server are aged 13 and up and those who post images and messages of the nature of this morning should be ashamed of themselves.
Over the coming days another post will be made detailing the new commands and how they will work once we have worked out all the bugs!
